In order for you to see body (and clothing) alterations on pregnant NPCs (or the player), you will need to build the female body in CBBE with the BUILD MORPHS checkbox enabled. Pregnancy body alterations use the CBBE body and slider names. This system does not feature animations nor does it allow for anything other than adult human females to carry and deliver babies. It does not interface with AAF, and as such, neither derives its function on it and in fact, if Family Planning Enhanced is found to be installed, CAP will shut the pregnancy system down so as to prevent conflicts. Note: The pregnancy system requires mature content to be enabled.
